Humanitarian Activity of Blood Donation

Blood is the most precious biological source that plays the role of protecting health, a substance without any replacement. In fact, doctors said that “there are many people who need to be given a blood transfusion. They are on cases of accidents of traffic, working, injuries, etc.. Therefore, the issue of blood donation is not only noble good deeds, but also the necessary requirement of hospitals”

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the morning of Sep. 21st, 2014 (lunar Aug. 28th Horse\r\nYear), HCMC Center of Humanitarian Blood Donation hold a blood donation which\r\nwas implemented in Hoang Phap Pagoda and was participated by monks, Buddhists\r\nand many visitors on Sunday morning. 

\r\n\r\n

Over 100 units of blood which were transferred from donators\r\nof compassionate hearts, sacrifying and sharing the kindness from their most\r\nnoble materials, since which there has been the restoration of lives, which is\r\ncalled Bodhisattvas hearts by Buddhism. Donation of blood will not be\r\ninfluenced in their health. New flowing pulses of blood will restored in their\r\nbody, strengthen it and they feel more optimistic, and enjoy life because of\r\ntheir meaningful, good action to oneself and society.
