Year away from home

Republic of spring in the air, all over the earth and sky as innovation.

We are international students at IBC Buddhist University,\r\nThailand, also excited to welcome the new year on some rare days off.
\r\n\r\n
\r\n\r\n
Perhaps, the New Year rooted in our memory deeply, when cold\r\nweather is also the time people start to feel crisp spring air. The sense of\r\nremember the homeland tenderly is rising up in my heart when the spring\r\natmosphere comes. Instead of welcoming the New Year with relatives, friends,\r\nmonks unity and noble Venerable in our Pagoda before
\r\n\r\n
we felt a little lonely in this year but it did not lost of\r\nthe traditional taste. There were also Tet sticky rice cakes (Banh Tet, Banh\r\nChung), watermelon, and peach blossom. We decided to make a Tet holiday in\r\nThailand country even on one day off.

Although it was not the same as home, we still felt warm\r\nperhaps because the spring came from the news website from the pagoda website\r\nand in every piece of rice cake; we ate together with friends in place.

The New Year has prayed for prosperous welfare and\r\nhappiness. Besides, as swallows, we are always trying to make significance for\r\nthis spring. We pray the Triratna for the monks, cultivating brothers and\r\nBuddhists plenty of health, and a new year full of endless light, innumerable\r\nhappiness, infinite fortune.
