Visiting some Pagodas and Famous Places in Korea

In this Buddha affair, the monks visited some Pagodas and famous places in Seoul Capital and surrounding areas.
Especially, they visited Gyeongbok palace at Seoul Capital and Bulgusak – one of precious thing of Korean Buddhism in the north Gyeongsang.
Gyeongbokgung, as Gyeongbok palace, is one of five loyal works located in the north of Seoul Capital, Korea.
Gyeongbokgung was built in 1394 and repaired in 1876. It became the largest palace remaining in five palaces in Korea. The whole work is 410,000 meters square wide. In the most prosperous stage, there were 330 edifices and 5,792 rooms. Nowadays, it remains 11 buildings; including main gate, front yard, hall, back yard, harem, etc. According to Sino-Vietnamese meaning, the name of this work is Ever Happy, which means the happiness will always last in this place.
Bulgusak is an ancient pagoda located in the north Gyeongsang. There were many precious Buddhist relics of Korea stored at this place. This pagoda is the first famous historical place of Korea. In 1995, Bulgusak was recognized as a world heritage by UNESCO.
This pagoda was considered as a masterpiece in an apogee of Buddhism Art in an ancient kingdom Silla.
Besides, they also visited some pagodas in Incheon, Bucheon, Kyongju, Yongin, Songdo cities, etc.
