Visiting construction works of Hung Phap Pogoda, Dong Nai

Buddhism presented on this earth more than 2500 years. Despite the change of space and time, the deeper denotation of Buddhism is eternal and immutable. Therefore, the construction of a temple to serve the spiritual life and teachings of the Tathagata is essential for every human beings in the society filled with suffering and impasse.

Understanding this importance, Sen. Ven. Thich Chan Tinh,\r\nthe Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda had Senior Venerable Thich Tam An build Hung\r\nPhap Pogoda located on Xuan Hung commune, Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai province.\r\nThe ceremony began its construction on January 20th, 2013 (Lunar December 9th Dragon\r\nyear) on area of ​​over 10 hectares with constructive items such as the Buddha\r\nHall, the lecture hall, cultivating area, kitchen, etc. So far, the Buddha Hall\r\nwas completed more than 70% of the substructure, concrete and raw parts

To speed the construction schedule and complete the\r\nremaining items, on morning of September 30th, 2014, Sen. Ven. Thich Chan Tinh\r\nvisited the construction and encourage local monks, despite hard work, their\r\npractice should not be neglected, which is essential and ordained to make\r\nbalance between merit and wisdom. It could be “a binding Buddha dharma,\r\npreserve Tathagata pitaka (treasury)"

Ending the talk, the Sen. Ven. hoped that monastery will\r\nsoon be completed and put into use so that people could find the source of\r\nVietnamese culture. It also depends on the monks‘ efforts and the Buddhists’\r\nhelp.
