Visit Truc Lam Chanh Giac Monastery, Tien Giang of Hoang Phap pagoda security Team

On the occasion of Buddha's Birthday, Hoang Phap Pagoda's Security Team had a visit to Truc Lam Chanh Giac Monastery (Tien Giang) on May 2nd, 2022 (April 2nd, LC).

The Team prostrated four Buddhist sacred Places. Lumbini is the place where the Buddha was born, Bodhgaya is the place where the Buddha attained enlightenment, Sarnath (Deer Park) is the place where the first Dharma sermon was taught, and Kusinagara is the place where the Buddha entered nirvana. Coming to these holy places, with solemnity and reverence of each person gave a strong feeling. This emotion comes from thinking and contemplating the Buddha's teachings, by the miraculous light of BuddhaDharma bringing peace and liberation to all sentient beings.

 The Security team is a group of Buddhists, who are volunteers of the temple, keeping security, guiding Buddhists to the temple, supporting retreats, etc. Most of the members are young and want to contribute their effort into spreading dharma, bringing the light of truth to everyone, as with the temple's name: Hoang Phap. This is also the root for them to come to the Buddhadharma, towards the good that the Blessed One taught us.
