"A quick and easy fried rice for vegans! Works great when you have a few things around the house that you need to use up. Only the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil are mandatory. Throw in whatever else you want - this is only my favorite way!"

Texmati® White Rice

1/6 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 red bell pepper,diced

4 mushrooms,sliced

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high\r\nheat. Add rice; cook and stir until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in soy\r\nsauce and sesame oil. Add red bell pepper, mushrooms cook and stir until\r\ntender, 5 to 10 minutes.
