Three reasons to use turmeric in the meal

Turmeric originates from the Southwest Indian, have natural golden color and flavor characteristics. It is used as a spice for thousands of years.

Turmeric is present in many Indian dishes, especially curries.

In addition, scientists also pay attention to healing properties of turmeric. The magic of turmeric is at its root. There is a chemical compound called curcumin.

Curcumin has antioxidant capabilities, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, bacterial, anti-fungal. Thus, it has potential to fight against malignant diseases such as diabetes, allergies, arthritis, Alzheimer's disease and other chronic diseases.

1/ It fights against reduction of realizatiom

A 2008 study in the Annals of Indian Academy of Neurology journal showed that curcumin in turmeric was capable of treating Alzheimer's disease.

Curcumin helps the macrophages (play an important role in the immune system), cleans up the starch array (amyloid plaques) in Alzheimer's disease.

Curcumin has anti-proliferative effects on microglia primary nerve cells. Microgila will secrete chemicals to destroy the invading agent when the body is stressed.

However, if the stress often leads to continuous operation microglia secrete anti-inflammatory chemicals even when the wound has healed, causing chronic pain.

Curcumin has antioxidant properties and is very good for anti-inflammatory, so it also has the ability to treat other inflammatory diseases.

2/It fights against cancer

According to the American Cancer Society, the tests showed that curcumin can destroy cancer cells.

Curcumin also reduces the growth of some types of cancer and shrink tumors on laboratory animals. Curcumin prevents the transformation, proliferation and metastasis of tumors.

3/Treatment of arthritic

Anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin has the ability to treat inflammatory diseases such as arthritis.

A 2014 study in the journal Clinical Interventions in Aging showed that curcumin extract works as effectively as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (ibuprofen) for the treatment of knee arthritis.

Hence, you should eat much curry or enjoy turmeric tea with milk at the end of the day. Curry with much turmeric and black pepper are very good sources of curcumin.

Curcumin can dissolve fat. When it is combined with mill, it will help the body absorb more.
