The fourth day of summer retreat at Tay Khanh pagoda in Thai Binh province

In the morning of July 4th, 2018 (lunar May 21st, the year of dog) Junior Ven. Thich Tam Kinh, the Chief of Director Board had a dharma talk to all attendees of reviewing the Buddha’s life from giving birth, leaving home, attaining enlightenment, entering to Nivirna.

By the enthusiastic and joyful words, the Junior helped easily awareness, reminded again Buddhist’s knowledge to participants, so that they clearly understand about the Buddha’s life.

In the afternoon of same day, all of them attended a dharma exam that they were divided into four teams which would look for the best team on their awareness about the Buddha’ life. Each of team will have a test about the topic’s theory as giving birth, leaving home, attening deliverance and entering to Nivirna. The atmosphere of exam is excited and harmonious. After examing, the monks organized folk games in order to train health after learning time and dharma listening.

In the evening of this day, monks organized a music program which was showed by the participants with the naïve songs of children, countryside and Buddhism contents.

A meaning cultivation day closed but the attendees’ faces remain joyful smiles.
