The Application of Right Mindfulness in Life.

The mindfulness is the awareness of what is happening in the present moments and living with current moments.
The fact is that in daily life, we don’t really\r\nlive at the present moments. Thus, the mindfulness is practical and\r\npopular dharma door in Buddhism. We can use the mindfulness to approach the\r\nseeds in our treasury of consciousness, to track the path of mind, to lead\r\nactions to outside world.
\r\n\r\n
1. Use the mindfulness to approach and nourish\r\ngood seeds in the consciousness.
\r\n\r\n
The Buddha taught: In human beings’ s\r\nconsciousness there are enough kinds of seeds: hostility seeds, love seeds,\r\nsuffering seeds, also happiness seeds, delusion seeds and wisdom seeds... so,\r\nwe use the mindfulness to realize, contact and nourish the seeds of\r\njoy, happiness, compassion, wisdom and Nirvana. We are like\r\ngardeners who know how to choose seeds to plant and\r\nnurture them so that our garden of mind will\r\nblossom in full of sweet flower and fruit.

2. The application of right mindfulness to track the\r\nstate of mind.

In Buddha, there is a Vietnamese saying “Tâm viên ý mãâ€.\r\nIt means that our mind is like a monkey; our thought\r\nis like a horse jumping in a bustle, happiness or suffering all\r\nstarts from the mind. Mind will lead us to the world of sorrow, and\r\nthoughts will lead us to promote hell. Therefore, we must light\r\nthe lamp of right mindfulness to avoid going into those dangerous place. For\r\nexample, if we listen to the story or see an event, we will\r\ntake immediate action and if we have right mindfulness, we will\r\nidentify whether our actions are good or bad. Thus, the right mindfulness is\r\ncapable of enlightening the path of mind. When we nourish and maintain good,\r\npeaceful and happy thought, our speech and action will follow. They will bring\r\nbenefits, peace and happiness to us and everybody around.

3. Check the body action through the right mindfulness.
\r\n\r\n
Any of our actions all are reflection of thought or of\r\nhappiness, sadness, anger, love, hate, and our right mindfulness or\r\nillusions. When the right mindfulness appears, we know what we are thinking\r\nabout, doing, knowing the state of mind, knowing mind in another way. We will\r\nrealize and restrict greed, hatred, ignorance when they arise. Therefore,\r\nonly right mindfulness has ability to reflect mind through body actions and\r\nprevent us from doing evil actions.

4. The right mindfulness helps us live wisely
\r\n\r\n
Because the present life is so complicated and busy,\r\nwe are easy to be sad and painful. So, the mindfulness is considered the remedy\r\nthat helps us get rid of those troubles. Also, it has ability to see\r\nthe root of reflected objects, what is happening around us. The mindfulness\r\nhelps us live peacefully in current moments. The mindfulness not only has the\r\nability to identify what in four aspects of body, mental action and\r\nobject of mind, but when practising mindfulness, we can deeply\r\nsee present mind to transform our wrong perception gradually. When we can see\r\nthe nature of suffering, we will get out of sorrow and achieve the happiness\r\nright in the present life. Mindfulness method is also dharma door\r\nself-reflection. It means evaluate ourselves to see what we are thinking,\r\nspeaking and doing. That’s the way bring us back to mindfulness.
