On behalf of the Organizers after introducing the program, the Most Master declared the opening of the ceremony. Next, it was the part “Lighting Candles for Gratitude''. The lights of candles represented the warmth and closeness between the master and his disciples, as being next generations. Most Master Thich Chan Tinh had a few words to express with the participants. Over 49 years since he left home, he always thought of Four great graces: Father, mother; teacher; Three Jewel; the Fatherland and sentient beings of all kinds. Each of us is present in this life thanks to many interrelated external conditions. Buddhist learners need to know how to repay by diligent practice. For lay Buddhists, must keep five basic precepts; For those who have ordained according to Buddhist precepts they have received, strictly preserve rules; do not make ourselves or others suffer; do not harm ourselves, harm others; living well, that is part of the return of Four great graces.
The Buddhist achievements of Hoang Phap Pagoda in the past year, he paid his gratitude to the mass who have joined hands with him to serve the Three Jewels, contributing to spread the Dharma, save sentient beings, and benefit others.
Finally, the Most Master has emotional confessions to the attendees. Then, he states a message of repentance for his unkind words and actions that made the mass sad.
At the end of the ceremony, the Most Master presented the grateful gift to each person.
