The 17th Scholarship Granting Ceremony of "Wisdom Seed Sowing"

On Nov. 03rd, 2024, on the occasion of One-Day Practice, Hoang Phap Pagoda held the 17th Scholarship granting ceremony "Sowing of Wisdom Seeds".

Attending and witnessing the program, Junior Thich Tam Truong, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda had some words of encouragement to fifty students. After that, the Abbot sent a message to the students that they should try hard to study and overcome difficulties in life to become useful children and citizens; contribute and build a better and stronger family and society.

 

Next, the monk expressed his gratitude to the Donors who have accompanied and supported the Wisdom Seed Sowing Scholarship Fund for many years to help students across the country overcome economic difficulties during the 17 times it was organized. Although realizing the value of investing in education is essential and beneficial, because Hoang Phap Pagoda is currently building two large branches, Truong Phap Pagoda - Hau Giang and Quang Phap Pagoda - Tay Ninh, the construction needs to focus on financial resources so that the projects can be completed soon. Therefore, the Wisdom Seed Sowing Scholarship Program will temporarily stop operating in 2025. When there are enough conditions, the program will be implemented again.

 

The ceremony ended in everyone's joy.
