Spring comes with singing birds, smiling flowers,

Golden sunlight shines over the temple

Peach, apricot displays its bloomers

Banhchung, melon beautifully decorates on the altar

Youngsters, and kids are adoring

Dressing in silky colorful suits

They reach for paying Buddha homage

Praying for lucky a blessed year

Offering incense of clear sincerity

Sangha and Buddhists have the same wishes

All best to Vietnamese

Prosperity and wealth in long life.

New year is full of sweet song

Fresh smile is sent with the bon vivants

Greeting cards are brought with fun.

And more more grace for an ease year

Everyone lives in cheers

Reciting Buddha’s name.
