Sharing experiences of practicing and Dharma preaching at Bao An Pagoda, Florida, United States

In the morning of Sep 23, 2016, the Venerable Thich Chan Tinh had a talk sharing his experiences of retreat-organization and Buddhism activities to the mass at Bao An Pagoda.

He said that for several years, together with all Buddhists’ Dharma preaching, members of Hoang Phap Pagoda have been trying their best turning the Dharma wheel to places, enhancing the belief in Buddha of the four-fold assemblies and giving people the right view of Buddhism.

 

With active, creative and enthusiasm mindset, Hoang Phap’s members have used the latest techniques, trend of the society and performances of favorite live-shows… as the tools to flexibly preach Dharma to the mass from urban to rural areas. With selfless spirit and teamwork via possible means, Hoang Phap’s members have scored some good successes as the programs Seven-Day Retreat, One-Day Retreat, Student Retreat, Summer Retreat with the participation of tens of thousands of Buddhist devotees from places in Vietnam and abroad. Besides, via the events as Miraculous Dharma, Dharma’s Light, Sun Flower, Marvel Voice of Dharma, Dharma Talk in varied topics ... with millions of views, they have step by step carried out Buddha’s instructions: "O monks, go and preach Dharma to all for the happiness of sentient beings, human and devas; out of your compassion"

 

In the evening, the Venerable Thich Chan Tinh told the mass the story of his renunciation. With funny and practical presentation, he gave the audience a view of his Path vowing to devote his life for Dharma preaching and saving creatures with patience and kindness love.
