Second day of Summer Retreat 2022 at Hoang Phap Pagoda

The morning of July 21st, 2022 (June 23, LC) is the second day of the retreat. After breakfast, the students gathered around the lecture halls to listen to teachings from Senior Thich Tri Chon, Head of the Central Director Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Head of HCMC Buddhist Culture Department, Abbot of Khanh An monastery (District 12) with the topic "How pure and bright religion and love is".

A good world is built on happy families; a cozy home that needs the maintenance of its members; a good person  originates from an upright mind; a good mind is created from a true thought; Honesty in mind is the fact we are always mindful in every smallest gesture and behavior of each day so that we can do well. Therefore, it is important that we always light up moral qualities in our hearts, always live fully as a human ethics.

Using ancient legends, borrowing the poetry of the classic, the Master talked about religion and love between relationships. Finally, the monk reminds students "Let 's live a life giving something to others and life".

After that, the monk answered questions from listeners about the stable mentality of starting a business on their own, unconditional love, and the premise to step on the monastic path.

In the afternoon, the students interacted with the monks at each lecture hall.
