Repentance ceremony on Jan. 29th, Year of the Cat at Giai Lam Temple – Ha Tinh

On Feb. 19th, 2023 (Jan. 29th, Year of the Cat), good men and believing women returned to Giai Lam Temple in Ha Tinh (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda’s custom) to attend the periodic penance rite.

After stabilizing the ashram, the mass practiced together the penitential ritual. After that, all practitioners listened to a dharma talk preached by Junior Thich Tam Luc about Arhat Mahakasyapa’s career and life.

The rite ended in the joy of the mass.
