Repentance ceremony on (intercalary) Feb. 29th, Year of the Cat at Giai Lam Temple – Ha Tinh

On April 19th, 2023 (intercalary Feb. 14th, Year of the Cat), good men and believing women returned to Giai Lam Temple in Ha Tinh (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda’s custom) to attend the periodic penance rite.

After stabilizing the ashram, the mass practiced together a six-sense penitential ritual and chanted precepts. Then, all practitioners listened to a dharma talk about The meaning and method of creature releasing, preached by Junior Thich Tam Luc.

The rite ended in the joy of the participants.
