On the morning of Jan. 29th, 2023, Hoa Phuc Pagoda, Quoc Oai, Hanoi, belonging to the sect of Hoang Phap pagoda, was solemnly and purely welcomed Most Master Thich Chan Tinh of Hoang Phap Pagoda to come to the lecture hall, and share a Dharma talk in the early year to the mass.

During the Dharma, the Most Ven explained about "Harmony". Peace is the root of happiness, having peace is happiness. A family that wants to be happy must have harmony; to thrive in an organization or group, it must be based on the harmony of the individuals within it. Likewise, if we want to practice well, we must have harmony in ourselves first, a healthy body will produce a clear and lucid mind. At the lecture, the Most Ven shared a number of practical methods for good health: regulating the breath before and during sitting meditation, reciting the Buddha's name; Eating in moderation to have a healthy body, regulating the four great elements, and circulating blood. Daily exercise is very necessary, especially for the elderly to have a healthy body and limit diseases. The body is a tool for us to practice, a means for us to practice the belief, a boat that brings us to the destination of peace and joy. Therefore, each person needs to exercise and keep themselves in the best health.

For organizations, the ashram needs to keep the six harmonies: body harmony, speech harmony, mind harmony, precepts harmony, views harmony, and benefit harmony. Harmony from self to family, ashram and society, that is happiness. In addition, each person needs to know how to control emotions and maintain harmony in behavior. By itself having four elements harmonize together, the body is healthy, the family is happy, the ashram will have peace.

After the Dharma,  Junior Abbot Thich Tam Hoa, monks and Buddhists of Hoa Phuc Pagoda solemnly prostrated, and wished the Most Master a long life. By the way, he congratulated and sent certificates of merit to the elderly Buddhists.
