Preaching dharma at Dai Son pagoda and Dai Co Viet pagoda in the fourth day of propagation trip in the Northern

On the morning of January 30, 2023, Most Thich Chan Tinh had a Dharma lecture at Dai Son pagoda, Dai Pham commune, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province, belonging to the sect of Hoang Phap family.

After welcoming the Most to the lecture hall, Junior Thich Tam Luat and Buddhists offered their greetings to the Most Master.

Having enough conditions to visit the ashram, the Most Ven praised all Buddhists. Despite their advanced age, their diligence helped them overcome difficult roads and cold weather to return to the temple, listen to the Dharma.

Each person 's presence in life is thanks to their parents' birth and upbringing. As a child, if we do not know the father's name, mother's name, do not know the age, hometown, occupation, place of residence, the life of the parents is a flaw, and that can be said to be an unfilial son. Likewise, as a Buddhist, if we do not know the Buddha's name, do not know the Buddha's parents, do not know where He was born, why He became a monk, etc., we can also be called unfilial disciple of the Buddha. By the way, the Most Ven recalls the life of the Buddha from when he was born until he left home to seek enlightenment so that each person can remember, understand and become a true Buddhist. From the example of the Buddha and the wonderful teachings that he left, each of us needs to follow the example and realize that life is temporary, suffering, and selfless. From there, each person looked at himself; Self-transforming body and mind; avoid doing wrong, sin so as not to fall into suffering in hell, hungry ghosts, animals; Study diligently, sow good causes to have a happy life, and end reborn in a good realm.

After the Dharma talk, Most Ven and the monks continued their Buddhist trip to Yen Bai province.

In the afternoon, Most Thich Chan Tinh arrived at Dai Co Viet pagoda, hamlet 4, Phu Thinh commune, Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province belonging to the sect of Hoang Phap's pagoda to share Buddhism with the mass.

Before listening to the Dharma talk, Junior Thich Tam The and all Buddhists in the ashram solemnly bowed and offered New Year's wishes to Most Master.

Coming to the ashram the first time, the Master greeted and praised Junior Thich Tam The 's commitment of serving and spreading Dharma; the protecting Dharma of Buddhists here. It's hard for us to get a human body; meeting Buddhadharma, taking refuge in Three Jewels is more difficult. Since the Buddha's nirvana up to now more than 2500 years, the Dharma has been handed down by the Patriarchs, and continued by monks. Thus, we luckily know Buddhadharma; there is a place to cultivate, we need to be grateful to the Patriarchs for their Dharma propagation. For those who have left home to spread the religion, it is necessary to truly cultivate and learn to be a solid refuge for Buddhists. For lay people, when they return to take refuge in Three Jewels, followers need to find themselves a true master to study the Dharma and avoid going the wrong way. By the way, the Master reminded Buddhists the meaning of letting go for lay people, that is: greed, hatred, and delusion. Besides, believers should be responsible to their family, relatives and society; preserve and build assets to protect the Three Jewels; reduce ego and be humble in behavior; be grateful to everyone including subordinates. The Most Ven hope for the spirit of the Abbot's "Above to seek bodhi awakening; below to save all beings", and the support of Buddhists will help Dai Co Viet pagoda develop more and more, becoming a spiritual place for people to take refuge and benefit sentient beings.
