Lecturing at the Buddhism Intermediate - College Lecturer Training Class

In response to the invitation Most Thich Tan Dat, Secretariat Member of the Directors’ Board, Deputy Office 2 of the Central Sangha, Deputy of the Committee of Central Propaganda, Head of Training Organizers of the Buddhism Intermediate and College School; in the morning of April 10th, 2021 Senior Thich Chan Tinh came to Buddhism Intermediate - College Lecturer Class at Hoa Khanh Pagoda (Binh Thanh, HCMC) to share his experience with the monks and nuns.

The venerable has presented two points of view in propagating the dharma so that listeners can think and orient themselves. Firstly, the cultivator got enlightened and then went on propaganda. Regarding this point of view, the Senior said that it is necessary to know clearly its conditions and merit. Bodhi enlightenment is a process of accumulation of merit and wisdom. Secondly, the  cultivator is studying and cultivating the Dharma at the same time. Depending on the capacities and the levels of sentient beings, they apply means, dharma into life to each individual or other classes. In order to accomplish this mission, the preacher of dharma needs to have virtues and abilities, aspiration of support to beings, as well as thinking creatively, understanding psychology and culture of regions so that the teaching of dharma can achieve many benefits.

From his experience in preaching and organizing a retreat, he helped monks and nuns to have a new perspective, understand more issues, and arouse confidence and motivation in the path of dharma propaganda.
