Gosinga Vietnam – Continuous Attention meditation Retreat for students

In the spirit spreading the Dharma, Hoang Phap Pagoda wishes to support Bhikkhu, monks and nuns organizing retreats to spread the Dharma to everyone, under the guidance of Master Nguyen Tue, Two-day mindfulness meditation Retreat for students with 150 meditators took place at the fifth floor of Dharma Wheel Building on July 2nd - 3rd, 2022.
Gosinga is a non-profit Educational Organization whose mission is to spread Dharma with the aim of introducing Shakyamuni Buddha in two aspects: the first is the greatest scientist in human history; the second is the most prominent educator and pedagogue in human history without nuance and religious character. The program equips learners with the method of observing and understanding the truth. These help learners to practice skills of continuous attention, adapting to situations, ending suffering, improving the quality of their inner life in a positive way, increasing work productivity and effective learning ability.
After completing the morning registration, the opening meditation retreat took place, the organizers announced the general activities about the ashram. Next, Nun Tinh Tri gave a brief overview of how to practice mindfulness continuously, and benefiting from mindfulness.
In the main content, all students listened to the instructions from Master Nguyen Tue via the connection of the small screen. The master taught the skill of continuous attention, which is considered an important skill in life to bring a Positive - Happy - Comfortable state of mind, gradually limiting useless thoughts, negative thoughts, delusion. Thanks to those, all practitioners will practice wholeheartedly for the study work, the relationships with good results, everything will become easy, comfortable, and joyful. Like we live with inner happiness, regardless of circumstances, it will be much better than the happiness of five desires (possession, beauty, fame, eating, sleeping) in the world. When having joy in our heart, we can avoid stress, anxiety, and depression, it's easy to treat ourselves gently, kindly, and peacefully with external relationships, as well as build a material life but are not dominated by them.
Next, the mass practiced meditation according to instructions in positions: walking, standing, lying, sitting...
Last, there are Q&A sessions, helping to answer the questions and problems of meditators interspersed with the retreat.
