Finishing the 99th Seven-Day Retreat

In the morning of April 16th, 2023, the 99th Seven-Day Retreat officially ended after Junior Thich Tam Truong, Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda had a short dharma talk.

Practitioners have added more positive energy to study, collect precious pearls for themselves in lectures of Masters after seven days of cultivation. Thus, all attendees have made new strides in their practice life. The monk hopes each person can maintain a joyful, peaceful mind, and the spirit of diligent study without faltering after returning to the family. At the same time, each practitioner should try to cultivate, let go of external conditions to spend more time in practice, transform body and mind, equip themselves with the necessary provisions, and go straight on the way back to the happy enlightenment.

The retreat ended in the joy of the mass. Before leaving, Buddhists received gifts of Dharma from the Organizers, books named: Good examples in the East and West (volumes 3,4,5), the comic book The Story of the Crab, Karma of Mouth composed by Most Thich Chan Tinh.
