Dharma Talk at Linh Phuoc Monastery – Thu Duc district.

In response to the invitation of Most Venerable Thich Thien Minh, Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh came to Linh Phuoc Monastery (at 27, 11 Street, Linh Xuan ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City) to have a Dharma talk to over 300 Buddhists in the afternoon of Oct. 26th, 20014 (Lunar Intercalary Sep. 3rd, Hours Year)

It is known that on the 1st Sunday evening of every\r\nmonth, preachers are  invited  to lecture  the\r\nBuddha dharma for the believers staying a round of the pagoda. This time, with\r\nfull of good conditions, the Senior Ven. had chance to meet local people here.\r\nBy the specific illustration in his speech on karmas, he interpreted clearly to\r\nthe Buddhists to aware of right about their actions in daily life. Human life\r\nas the same of a ship on the ocean, it does not always smoothly as sails on\r\npeaceful wave and tranquil wind. There are sometimes sudden storms that ship\r\nhas to face with and manage to overcome, hoping for safe landing.

Thus, each of us in life would not be all time joyful, but\r\nthere would be a moment of unexpected sufferings. It is when we should\r\noptimistically think about the event that I was supposed to repay my bad karma\r\nbecause of old mistakes! Meanwhile, we should do good things by the way of such\r\nmoral and virtue practice  as reciting sutra, praying for Buddhas’\r\nname, helping others on own ability, which gradually collects our blessing and\r\nthe peace in current living, because there is only good karmas or bad ones\r\nattaching us in this rebirth circles.

At the end of the preaching, each person was offered a VCD\r\nof â€œLove getting the Good.”
