Continuing to support people in need in the Covid-19 pandemic of Hoang Phap Pagoda (series 8)

On the morning of August 27th - 02nd, 2021 (June 18th - 24th, LC), Hoang Phap Pagoda continued to share 10,000 gifts to people affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.

In three days, July 27th - 29th, 2021 (June 18th - 20th, LC), Hoang Phap Pagoda received 40 tons of rice donated by Buddhists everywhere.

On the morning of July 29, 2021 (June 21st, LC), Hoang Phap Pagoda received 40 tons of vegetables and fruits from all everywhere, including10 tons each of kind such as jicama, white radish, pumpkin, and pineapple.

On July 30, 2021 (June 22, LC),  Junior Thich Tam Hy and Korean Buddhists donated 12 tons of vegetables and fruits, gathered at Long Huong Pagoda, An Giang, managed by Junior Thich Tam Hiep, and then transferred to Hoang Phap pagoda. The volume of vegetables and fruits included 5 tons of sweet potatoes, 5 tons of corn and 2 tons of vegetables of all kinds.

On August 1, 2021 (June 23, LC), the pagoda received 5 tons of green vegetables and 5 tons of jicama.

Next, the monks and the Buddhists in the pagoda have been divided into small parts. Each gift includes: 5 kgs of rice and fruit vegetables to be shared with people in areas in Ba Diem commune of hamlets: Dong Lan, Dong Lan 1, Tay Lan, Nam Lan, Bac Lan and Tien Lan. The pagoda is still continuing to give gifts to people in the remaining hamlet.
