Conference of Buddhist Delegate on the IXth Terms at Hoc Mon Province in 2016 – 2021

The ceremony was witnessed by the permanent Venerables of the Director Board of HCMC Buddhist Association: Most Venerable Thich Tri Quang - vice chief Dharma-lord of demonstrating council – the chairman of Director Board of the Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam; Most Venerable Thich Thien Tanh - the Vice President of Directing council, vice chairman of permanent board of Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam of HCMC; the Most Venerable Thich Minh Chon a Committee of the Directing Board, Chairman of the Propagation Board of Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam in HCMC; Most Venerable Thich Tinh Hanh and Most Venerable Thich Hue Van - and also concurrently holding Director Board of Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam in HCMC; Most Venerable Thich Thien Minh, the chairman of Director Board of the Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam, Hoc Mon District; Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda, together with the Venerables of the Director Board of the Buddhist Sangha of Vietnam, Hoc Mon District accompanying with local and surround honor monks, nuns. Delegates, Deputy of local authority and Buddhists attended the ceremony.
The Conference of Buddhist Delegate at Hoc Mon District was an important event in the practice and cultivation life of monks, nuns and Buddhists in the district. The Conference evaluated the Buddhist affair results in the past period, defined the responsibility direction, developed Buddhism in the next time, meanwhile, it took the delegations’ opinions to elect the new members of the Director Board of the District’s Buddhist Sangha, onthe Terms in 2016 – 2021.
The Conference at Hoc Mon District took place in the joyful and pure, formal atmosphere.
