Perth is the capital city of West State in Australia spreading from magnificent Swan River bank, overlooking Kings Park and surrounded by sparkle Indian Ocean. The nine-month weather in a year is warm and full sunshine.

Perth has a Mediterranean climate and unpolluted environment\r\nwith warm summers and mild winters. With population of over 1.9 million, Perth,\r\na garishly and modernly international city, is an ideal place for studying and\r\nworking. Each year Perth attracts over ten thousand students from over 140\r\ncountries.

Occasion to Perth, Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh\r\nand the group visited Kings Park and encouraged, inquired after some\r\nBuddhist families.
\r\n\r\n
In the evening of April 8th, 2015, The Senior\r\nVenerable Thich Chan Tinh wholeheartedly gave a meaningful sermon for Buddhists\r\nat Phap Gioi Pagoda (The Buddhist Society of Western Australia Inc - Dhamaloka\r\nMeditation Centre) in 18 Nanson Way. Nollamara WA 6061.

In this sermon, he said:†After the Buddha’s\r\nNirvana, the Sangha, who released the worldly path, devoted to the\r\nway of enlightenment and had responsible to transmit the fire of\r\nBuddha’s right teachings. However, because being still\r\ncommonly practicing monks, they couldn’t\r\navoid mistakes, even go astray or fell into normal life and\r\nstay away from practicing ideal. It is more or\r\nless things that made lay people lose their beliefs.

As a true practicing learner, we should always wisely\r\nunderstand that studying Buddhism is to follow Buddha’s pattern of virtue,\r\neven those who went astray away from Buddha doctrine, we\r\nshould not be distressed so as to lose practicing career and then\r\nlosing our spiritual precious.
\r\n\r\n
He also appreciated the Buddhists’ practicing\r\nspirit and hopefully claimed on their united and\r\ncherished effort so as to share and be willing to help each others in\r\npracticing and life. Wishing all the Buddha always bless Buddhists in\r\nhaving blissful, happy and lucky life.
