The Rite Praying for Peace at VIKING Company, Hoc Mon.

The Monks and Buddhists at Hoang Phap pagoda went to VIKING Company, No. 5, Xuan Thoi Son, Hoc Mon to make the rite praying for peace on Aug. 23rd, 2020 (July 6th, Year of Mouse). General Director is Ms. Nguyen Trang Nha, the company currently has 250 workers, specializing in the garment industry for export to Australia.

The mass and all members at Viking Company sincerely chanted scriptures, such as, Ksihitigarbha Bodhisattva, Ullambana filial piety, The rite of offering food to lone souls, etc, and then vowed to bring all merit and goodness to Viking Company gaining peace, smooth business.

The monk praised the spirit of gratitude and repayment of the family. He reminded that if a person wants to have a peaceful and happy life, he or she should take refuge in the Three Jewels, keep five precepts, create merit as printing the scriptures, releasing creatures, making offerings Sangha, reciting Buddha's name, repenting mistakes and help the poor.

This occasion, the monks sent gifts of Dharma, including the books “A brief Introduction of Hoang Phap monastery”, Lessons for Kids and many other gifts.

The ceremony ended in joy of the mass.
