The 2nd trip of flood relief in the central area.

Continuing the program of relief for flood victims in the central region, on Nov. 13th, 14th, 2020, Junior .Ven Thich Tam Hue, Monks and Buddhists at Hoang Phap pagoda went to Quang Ngai to give gifts to people in flood areas.

The charity delegation supported the locations as following:

1. Kim Long pagoda in Pho Ninh, Duc Pho, Quang Ngai: gave 100 gifts (700,000 VND/ portion). The total amount is 70,000,000 VND. Donating 160,000,000 VND to 16 houses that collapsed (10,000,000 VND/ house).

2. Thien Phuoc Pagoda, Quang Ngai: granted 100 gifts (700,000 VND/ portion) with the total amount of 70,000,000 VND.

3. Support for repair money to pagodas: Duc Tho pagoda, Van Ban pagoda, Son Long pagoda, Thien Phuoc pagoda, Phuoc An pagoda (20,000,000 VND/ pagoda) with the total amount costs 107,000,000 VND. In addition, the delegation supported extra to Van Ban Pagoda: 5,000,000 VND, Duc Tho Pagoda: 2,000,000 VND.

4. Commune Binh Minh, Binh Son, Quang Ngai: send 100 gifts (700,000 VND/ portion), with the total amount 70,000,000 VND. Donating an amount of 150,000,000 VND to 15 houses that collapsed (10,000,000 VND/ house).

5. An Son pagoda (Pho Thuan, Quang Ngai) is managing Junior Ven Thich Tam Khuyen as the Abbot, was supported 30,000,000 to build toilets, kitchen and donated 100 gifts with the money 30,000,000 VND in this commune.

At Pho Ninh commune, Binh Minh, Pho Thuan and Thien Phuoc pagodas: was supported 30,000,000 VND for 40 families in need.

Thus, on the 2nd Central relief charity trip, the delegation supported 400 gifts, 31 houses collapsed, 5 pagodas had their roof blown off. The total for charity was 730,000,000 VND.
