Presenting gifts in Hai Lang, Quang Tri

On April 1st, 2021 (February 20, LC), Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue, monks and Buddhists Hoang Phap pagoda have a charity trip in Hai Lang, Quang Tri.

People in Hai Lang, Quang Tri have a living by agricultural production. Due to the impact of natural disasters, storms and floods in 2020, they have seriously damaged properties, crops and social welfare works in the area. Although people have tried to overcome it, they still face many difficulties in their living.

The delegation mobilized donors, Buddhists everywhere to support poor people, disabled people, Agent Orange victims with 200 gifts (370,000/ portion), including 1 envelope of 300,000 VND, 1 set of clothes and other gifts. The total amount of gifts is 74,000,000 VND.

The delegation and Junior Thich Tam Dac went to the house of Vo Cong Huu, 22 months old, suffering from cerebral palsy. The group donated an amount of 9,800,000 VND to help his family buy a motorbike as a means of living and support money taking care of the child.

In addition, the monk gave extra a dharma gift including the books lesson as Lessons for Kid, the Lessons for Youth.
