Offerings to the Rain-Retreat School of Phat Buu Temple, Hoc Mon

On July 13th, 2022, Junior Thich Tam Hue guided Buddhists to offering to the Rain retreat school of Phat Buu Temple in Tan Thoi Nhi, Hoc Mon.

Phat Buu Pagoda was founded in 1941 by Patriarch Thich Minh Truc. Over time, the main hall was seriously degraded, unable to meet cultivating needs of Buddhists, monks and nuns. In December 2018, the new temple restored the main hall. Up to now, the main hall has been spacious and decorated with a bronze Buddha statue, 3.5 meters high and weighing more than 3 tons. This dignified main hall will become a place to study for Buddhists inside and outside HCMC.

At Phat Buu Pagoda - the residence and study place of monks in Hoc Mon district; Junior Thich Tam Hue led the group to offer incense to the Buddha and pay homage to the Three Jewels.

Representatives of Buddhists have donated money and items to current practitioners. Praying for Buddha Dharma to last forever, Buddha affairs achievements; practitioners have a healthy body, peace of mind, and diligently study.

At the same time, the group also received blessings and prayers from Junior Thich Thuan Tai – Member of the HCMC Buddhist Sangha, Head of the Supervisory Board of Hoc Mon District, Deputy Abbot of Phat Buu Pagoda vowing to take it as a luggage on the cultivation path.

The worship at Phat Buu pagoda was completed in the joy of the mass.
