Offering ten pagodas in the year of the Rat

Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue with Monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda and 250 Buddhists in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City offered to ten pagodas for the occasion of early spring on Jan. 25th, 2010 (January 1, 2020).

According to customs of the country, the first days of lunar new year are sacred traditional Tet days of the Vietnamese nation. On spring opening of the new year, Monks guided all Buddhists to Hoang Phap Pagoda and 9 pagodas in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, including: Buu Lam Pagoda, Phat Buu Pagoda, Huynh Lam Pagoda, Ngoc Hai Pagoda, Thich Ca Pagoda, Pho Quang Pagoda, Dai Tong Lam Pagoda, Hue Chieu Pagoda and Thien Hoa Nunnery. After prostrating Buddha, visiting and inquiring health to the Most, Senior, Junior, Monks, Abbess, Nuns Ven., the group was listened teachings Dharma from all the Ven.

The group offered pure gifts and money to the present Monks and Nuns on occasion of early spring.
