Giving Tet gifts to poor residents in Tay Ninh

Receiving an open letter from the People's Committee at Don Thuan Commune, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh, the Charity Board of Hoang Phap Pagoda came Don Thuan, Trang Bang Tay Ninh to give 200 gift portions to poor households, policy families and disability people on Jan. 12th, 2020 (lunar Dec. 18th, the pig year).

Each portion with the money is 260,000 VND, including 10 kg of rice, 1 carton of vegetarian noodles, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 bottle of soy sauce. The total amount of charity is 52,000,000 VND.

On this occasion, Monks gave gifts of book "Lessons of gratitude" and "Lesson for Kids". Next, the Chairman at the commune had thankful words to Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue.

After that, the Monks and Buddhists chanted sutra and performed creature liberation ritual at Tay Phap Pagoda, Tay Ninh.

We are grateful to the Donors, the Buddhists at home and abroad for joining together to contribute the money and alms giving so that the delegation would be fully completed.
