Charity in Thanh Hoa

On Aug. 07th, 2018 (lunar August 28th, the year of dog) Buddhist Youth Club of Dong Cao Pagoda held the charity trip and visit families in difficult situation in neighborhood 7, Nga Nhan commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province.

Many people still think simple that the elderly are often comforted, happy with their children, without worries, strenuousness. However, in reality today, there are many people who are old, weak but still have to take care of themselves and take care of everything. Because of the rhythm of modern society, many people rushed to their race to find a job, fame, etc., forget their responsibility to care for the grandparents, parents of a child, grandchildren.

Difficult living and caring for his wife is bedridden for several decades, it is the situation of Mr. Mai The Khoi in neighborhood 7, Nga Nhan commune. In the spirit of a Buddha’s disciple, Venerable Thich Tam Hung and the young in the Buddhist youth club of Dong Cao pagoda visited and encouraged his family with the money envelop and a dharma gift. Hopefully, the monks will have the opportunity to comeback this family, timely help and bring warmth of love, giving them more faith in life.

 After the charity, the monks organized a trip to visit Sung Nghiem Pagoda, or the name as Van Loi Pagoda in Van Hoan village, Nga Linh commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province. Sung Nghiem Pagoda is known as the first pagoda in Nga Son district.
